Vitamins

To support our immune system, we need vitamins. As we know that vitamins is an oragnic compound that aresyntheszied by our bodies. However, some times the amount that are syntheszied are not suffiecient, so we need a chemical compound that contains these vitamins.
Vitamins are of two types:
1. water soluble vitamins: that can be dissolved by water and eliminated by the urine such as B complex and vitamin C. So we need a supplement of it.

2. Fat soluble vitamins: that are stored by the body in the liver , so we did not  need a suplement. Viatmins A,D,K and E are fat soluble vitaims.

So, many people think that if they took a vitamins they will gain weight. However, if the vitamins are water soluble, the patient will be safe and will not gain weight.

  1. Interesting topic Majida ! Many people, especially those following a restricted diet do not get all the nutrients and vitamins they need. However, one should vary in the type of food consumed and follow a well-balanced diet to stay healthy and acquire the needed amounts of vitamins and minerals, especially from fruits and vegetables.
